About the studio

Granite Partners started in 2017 as a two-person consultancy and now works as a small senior team. We take a limited number of engagements so every project keeps the people who scoped it.

How we work

• A fixed discovery phase before any estimate.
• Weekly demos instead of status reports.
• Handover with documentation, not a support contract.

The studio is based in Leipzig and collaborates remotely across European time zones.
